Bulletproof Coffee Recipe


  • 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of any high quality rainforest organic coffee. I typically purchase the beans and grind them myself (medium grind for auto-drip coffee machines)
  • 1 cup of filtered/purified water per tablespoon of ground coffee. This is the part that should be adjusted on an individual basis depending on how strong you like your coffee
  • Once the coffee is brewed pour it into a blender and DO NOT over fill the blender. Maximum fill height should be no more than half of the volume of the blender. I use a Vitamix blender from Costco… they’re the best 🙂 (affiliate link)
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of the following (depending on amount of coffee in the blender, I use 1 tablespoon per 3 cups of coffee roughly)
    • High-quality grass-fed butter or ghee (clarified butter) (affiliate link)
    • Organic coconut manna (affiliate link)
  • Blend on medium speed for at least 20-30 seconds

  • 1-2 tbsp high quality grass-fed butter or ghee (clarified butter) can be substituted by Organic coconut manna


  1. I prefer to grind the coffee beans myself. You should adjust the amount of water depending on how strong you like your coffee. Once the coffee is brewed, put it in a blender and mix it with high quality butter, ghee, or coconut manna. Blend for at least 20-30 seconds.
