Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Power Greens
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Knob fresh ginger (skin peeled)
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix together for 45-60 seconds until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Drink immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Be sure to mix well before drinking.
