Lemon & Ginger Wild Opah

Are you looking to have dinner on the table in 30-minutes or less? No problem, I’ve done the work for you!

I have never heard of Opah before I saw it on sale at Whole Foods while I was hunting for some wild-caught salmon. This beautiful filet was on sale and I was amazed at how good it tasted. It has a rich, creamy taste that paired beautifully with the lemon and ginger marinade. The firm and fatty texture tastes like a cross between tuna and swordfish. DELICIOUS!
